Specialising in leadership, management and team development alongside EDI training, an MBO had given the team an opportunity to explore new markets and new services. And they knew a fundamental part of reaching new clients (and retaining existing ones) meant ensuring the brand messaging and identity were clear and compelling.

We worked with the team to develop a clear understanding of their target audiences through customer personas, identifying the key needs, challenges and opportunities for each. We also analysed their competitor set to understand where the brand could compete effectively and build distinctiveness.

We captured that energy in a brand that balances reliable professionalism with dynamic expression. An illustrative image style and unexpected colour palette breaks conventions of the dry, corporatised world of consultancy. Copy can be both punchy and bold with short, two-word headlines or it can ask questions that cause pause for thought and reflection (like any good consultant should do).
